A non-profit in collaboration with MSF to engage and learn the unheard stories of tissue paper sellers as part of Vulnerable-in-Community network
● Tissue paper sellers were identified as a particularly vulnerable and elusive population due to their high mobility and varied income backgrounds
● Uses social media as a tool to fight the stigma against tissue paper sellers and cardboard collectors
● Relays crucial data such as financial difficulties and health complications to facilitate better engagement with the relevant Social Service Offices in the different localities and provide the relevant policy support needed
● Works with Homeless Hearts of Singapore and other Partners Engaging and Empowering Rough Sleepers (PEERS) Network parties in order to create a broad social net to engage with vulnerable persons
